IT'S CALLED BEEFLESS STROGANOFF.

ANYWAY, BEEFLESS STROGANOFF TAKES TWENTY FIVE MINUTES TO MAKE AND IT'S EASY.
SO THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED ARE TWO OUNCES OF BUTTER MARGARINE, A LARGE ONION CHOP, 12 OUNCES OF MUSHROOM, SLICED.

RIGHT, MUSHROOM, ONIONS, GOT IT.

YEAH, GOOD, A TEASPOON OF PAPRIKA OR MORE IF YOU LIKE PAPRIKA, AN OUNCE OF FLOWER, SIX VEGGIE BURGERS OR YOU COULD USE STEAKLETS
ANY TEXTURE PROTEIN THAT YOU CAN FRY UP IN A FRYING PAN.

YEAH.

YOU THEN WILL NEED SIX OUNCES OF WHITE WINE OR MORE AGAIN IF YOU LIKE WHITE WINE AND IF YOU WANNA GET A LITTLE TIPSY AND YOUR LITTLE VEGETABLE STOCK OF WATER. YOU NEED 3 FLUID OUNCES OF SOUR CREAM AND HALF A TEASPOON OF A MILD MUSTARD.
NOW THIS IS EASY BECAUSE YOU JUST TAKE THE FRYING PAN AND PUT IT ON A FLAME, NOT TOO HIGH THAT IS, AND YOU FRY YOUR ONIONS AND YOUR MUSHROOMS IN THE BUTTER FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND YOU CAN AD THE PAPRIKA WHILE YOU'RE STIRRING THAT. THEN YOU AD THE FLOWER AND THE BURGERS OR THE STEAKLETS, WHATEVER YOU'RE USING, AND YOU STIR WITH A WOODEN SPOON AND YOU LET THAT GET TASTY AND BROWN BUT ONLY FOR TWO OR THREE MINUTES.
REMEMBER TO STIR CONSTANTLY, PAUL, STIR IT UP, YOU KNOW. POUR IN THE WHITE WINE AND LET IT SIMMER GENTLY FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES BUT STIR IT SO THAT IT DOESN'T STICK. AND THEN YOU AD YOUR VEGETABLES STOCK OF WATER, WHILE YOU STIR IT MAKE SURE IT DOESN'T GET TOO DRY. THEN FINALLY YOU AD YOUR SOUR CREAM AND YOUR MUSTARD, STIR IT 'TIL IT'S NICE AND HOT AND THEN YOU SERVE IT OVER RICE WITH VEGETABLES OR SALLAD OR WHATEVER IT IS YOU FANCY.
