Americký hudobník Tom Morello vydá album The Atlas Underground. Novinka sa dostane na trh 12. októbra a ponúkne dvanásť piesní.

Na počine spolupracovali aj Portugal. The Man, Gary Clark Jr., Marcus Mumford, Killer Mike, Big Boi, Vic Mensa, RZA alebo Leikeli47, ale takisto producenti Steve Aoki, Bassnectar, Knife Party a Pretty Lights. Päťdesiatštyriročný gitarista v rozhovore pre rádio Beats 1 povedal, že chcel nahrať album, ktorý by znel ako Jimi Hendrix súčasnosti. Na ukážku zverejnil dve skladby - We Don’t Need You a Battle Sirens.


Thomas Baptiste Morello vydal s formáciou Rage Against the Machine eponymný album z roku 1992 a tiež štúdiovky Evil Empire (1996), The Battle of Los Angeles (1999) a Renegades (2000). S súčasnosti neaktívna kapela má na konte sedem nominácií na Grammy, pričom dve premenili na víťazstvo. Morello je okrem toho známy ako člen už nefungujúcej kapely Audioslave alebo skupín Street Sweeper Social Club a Prophets of Rage. Ako sólista vystupuje pod pseudonymom The Nightwatchman. Morello počas kariéry spolupracoval s Bruceom Springsteenom, The Prodigy, Macy Gray, Dave Matthews Band či formáciou Cypress Hill.
