Searching For Something

Susan moved up to Rochester
She can't stand the crime anymore
She's clean and sober now and she just glows
Her mom lives there, there's an Ashram
Trees and open space
It suits her very well and, man, it shows
Yeah, we went on up to South Fallsburg for some spiritual comforting
And I felt like a million dollars / Something that money just can't bring
Yeah, her eyes are filled with diamonds / And everybody knows her name
Guru Mai, my my my my my baby
Everybody loves you, everybody loves you
Oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh
Yeah, we went on up to South Fallsburg for some spiritual comforting
And I felt like a million dollars / Something that money just can't bring
Yeah her eyes are mesmerizing / Everybody knows her name
Guru Mai, my my my my baby
Everybody needs you, everybody needs you
Guru Mai went back to India, Susan waits for her return
She got a good job in New York City and she lives in the Ashram
Her eyes are filled with wonder / Well that's her main concern
Found out she's going to India after all
Everybody needs you (everybody needs you)
Everybody needs you (everybody needs you)
Oh, oh, oh / Oh, oh, oh / Oh, oh
O.K., so South Fallsburg is a city about an hour-and-a-half from the City,
but does anyone know who this Guru Mai (or Mi, or My) is? I don't even
know how to spell her name, let alone explain who she is, if she's not a
fictional person. Let me know, if you know: RRD3333@hotmail.com. Also,
let me know if you like the other submissions of mine from this album.
Tell me if I should get my ears checked.
