The D7 is optional... as are most dominant 7's... especially since the harmony itself

in singing the song, i'm going to tab out the melody and the harmonies in the outro.
This is the Lead, each note represents one syllable:

harmony 1, different from the lead on the word "pe" where it is split in two notes
than one... so... give "pe" two syllables so that it starts on an "A" and ends on the "C#"

harmony 2, different from lead on the word "sus", same deal as harmony 2, where there
two notes on a monosyllabic word - "sus" should fall on the "E" sliding down to the "D"
