"Best of" populárneho priekopníka elektronickej hudby 90-tych rokov sa pod názvom 'The Dogs Are Parading' objaví na trhu 26. apríla, informuje portál NME.com.

Brit David Holmes oznámil, že výberovka bude pozostávať z dvoch diskov, obsahovať má 26 nahrávok vrátane troch noviniek a nové remixy. O jeden z nich sa postaral aj Kevin Shields z formácie My Bloody Valentine.

David Holmes (nar. 1969) je najmladším z desiatich detí. Narodil sa v severoírskom meste Belfast. Od pätnástich sa živil ako DJ, v roku 1992 sa presadil hitom 'DeNiro'. Spolupracoval na ňom s DJ-om známym ako Ashley Beedle.

Predstaviteľ ambientu si získal dôveru mnohých hudobníkov, pre ktorých pripravil remixy ich pôvodných nahrávok. Sú medzi nimi aj U2, Doves, Manic Street Preachers či Primal Scream.
