He is angry towards him(''Get outta my head cuz I don't need this''), and alter ego has probably came to life after unpleasant event(s) in Corey's life. ''Stone of leaves'' probably refers to a Scissor, paper, rock game in which Corey lost(leaf envelops rock = mask(''shell'') envelops Corey), and he wants to settle the score - ''kneel down and clear''. Also ''Manchurian candidates'' got brainwashed in the original novel, so that event(s) which changed Corey's life must have had a really strong impact in order to shake the foundation of everything he knew before. ''I haven't changed a thing'' probably refers to his unwillingness to accept total defeat and change.
