I didnt mean to actually go and do what i did
I meant to play along, act like a kid
But when the movie came on, i just kinda sobered up
This isnt what i came for, lagging and gagging all the way through
I dont like to act like im not having fun
I wasnt acting i really hated every minute of it
When bowling for soup was playing all i was thinking was that they were sellouts,
While you got all excited cause it was a band you knew
Oh well, i then knew, that id have to go with somebody new
I dont have a lot of suitors, actually i really have none,
But i like that better that where im heading
This is pathetic i feel like leaving you in your seat
But my dignity held up, and i left as soon, as the movie was over
I went as far away as i could, i couldn't even look at you
Oh well today im going out with another dude
